It was an epic night in Trencin on Saturday as PML Professional Muaythai League graced the Mestská Sports Hall for an evening of prime muaythai action. The sixth event in the series entitled Homecoming featured elite international fighters on a stacked card.
The main fight of the evening saw Lukas Mandinec (The Pitbull) from Slovakia face Alex Ferreiro Urdiales from Spain. After an exciting five rounds, it was Lukas who emerged victorious, becoming the new WMC 61KG European champion.
Also on the card was nonother than WMC world champion Monika Chochlikova who finished with a round two win over Turkish opponent Tugbanur Kiurak with an incredible performance.
Muaythai in Slovakia continues to go from strength to strength and this show was another fine example of how Slovakian fighters can perform on the world stage at the highest level.
