Big Night for France!
Thursday the 26th April in the beautiful city of Sarcelles, France saw an evening of action packed muaythai sanctioned by the WMC. The event which boasted an international line and featured two European title fights as part of the main event.
Georges Gauthiere from France was victorious over Roman Skulskyi from Portugal in the 58.96kg division and Matthieu Guevara from France successfully defended his title against Alessio Martino from France in the 63.49kg division.
WMC France President Pascal stated that this event is another shining example of how French muaythai is one of the best outside of Thailand. There are now events week in week out throughout the country which is testament to the increasing interest in the sport.
