Calgary Gearing Up for Challenger 12: Fully Loaded

Mike Miles brings a World Class Muaythai Event to Canada featuring the Calgary’s top Muaythai athletes against opponents from the UK, the USA and other parts of Canada. The Main Event of the card features WMC Intercontinental Champion Hakeem Dawodu from Calgary battling against former WMC World Light-middleweight Champion from London, England, Charlie Peters.

The talented Hakeem Dawodu has had a difficult time finding Muaythai bouts. His last Muaythai fight was in Calgary, on April 5th 2014 with a unanimous win over Thailand’s Sam Samut. With his win, Dawodu won the WMC Intercontinental Title Belt. But, on January 24, former WMC World Light-middleweight Muaythai Champion, England’s own Charlie Peters, has taken the challenge and stepped up to battle the talented Calgary athlete. Peters is a young fighter with plenty of experience having formerly held the WMC World Title before deciding to move down in weight and go after the Welterweight Champion Belt.

Both these athletes have their eyes on the prize and standing the victor will gain from winning this bout. Speed, power, determination, guts and skill will determine the outcome of this bout as both highly skilled athletes possess very exciting styles which will make this an event no to miss.
