Europe’s Youth & Under 23s Prepare for Battle!
Muaythai Youth and Under 23 athletes from all over Europe are in high gear preparations for the upcoming 2023 European Youth & Under 23 Championships.
Teams will be headed to Ankara, formerly known as Angora, the capital city of Turkiye.
Hasan Yildiz, President of the Turkish Muaythai Federation and IFMA Executive Board Member said “We are ready and excited to welcome our muaythai european delegations once again to Turkiye, this time in our nation’s capital, Ankara. Our competition venue Taha Akgül Sport Saloon will house our Field of play which will include 2 rings. Teams will be comfortably accommodated in the official hotels just 10 minnutes away by bus. Our Local Organising Commitee is working over time to ensure that we will deliver as always a memorable event for all our visitors. As the first official IFMA event on the 2023 Calendar, we aim to set the bar for what is sure to be a fantastic year for IFMA, especially as we mark the 30th Anniversary of IFMA this year.”
