Gardiner vs Kocakus: World Title Bout
It’s Official, Shannon Gardiner will face Kubra Kocakus for the WMC World title at Domination in Perth on the 1st of April. The event which now enters its 27 edition features a full card of international matchups sanctioned by the WMC with a Super 4 tournament also on the bill.
The main fight of the evening will be for the vacant lightweight (60kg) WMC world title between Shannon Gardiner from Australia and Kubra Kocakus from Turkey.
Shannon Gardiner is one of Australia’s finest female fighters and has been a force to be reckoned with on the professional muaythai scene for some time.
Kubra is an IFMA gold medalist and number 1 in the rankings and has stated that she will be bringing her A-game ahead of the fight.
