Infliction this Weekend
The vacant WMC intercontinental Bantam Weight title (53.51 KG) will be contested between Australia’s own Corey “The Nightmare’ Nicholson and Piak Khaosanit from Thailand. The pair will lock horns at the Tallebudgera Leisure Centre in Queensland Australia at Infliction on Saturday the 12th of November.
The WMC got sometime earlier to catch up with Corey ahead of the fight and get his thoughts on what this fight means and the training he has put in ahead of the fight.
Corey stated “So to fight for this title means a lot because I’ve always held WMC as one of the most prestigious titles, so to be fighting for an intercontinental and be one step away from the world title means everything.
We haven’t made many changes leading into this fight from the last fight last month but are 100% prepared for sure
A win would mean the world as it sets me up for the biggest title to date for myself, a WMC world title which has been a dream of mine ever since starting muaythai
