Mathieu Guevara Goes for a Hat Trick!
Mathieu Guevara from France is someone who needs no introduction in the world of muaythai. A 2 time WMC European champion Mathieu represents France at the highest level. The 31 year old will be heading to Italy next month to defend his title for the second time, hoping to pull off a hat trick.
Mathieu originally became the European champion by beating Maciej Zenbik from Poland in what was an epic bout. He then defended the belt successfully against Alessio Martino from Italy putting on an amazing show of skills.
Mathieu now hopes to be the European champion for the third time by beating Cristian Marzullo on the 24th October.
WMC France President Pascal Arene stated that Mathieu is one of our most exciting fighters at the moment, if he wins this bout he will be the European champion for the the third time so will get a shot at the intercontinental title next.
