Saenchai, Muaythai Star Schedules Next Fight in Malaysia
Saenchai battles out in Malaysia this coming Friday October 5, the famed fighter announced vis Instagram on Wednesday. Going through the ropes in the State of Terengganu, he headlines DSPEX International Muay Challenge.
Considered as one of the greatest Muay Thai athletes of all time, Saenchai is riding a 40-fight win streak. In his most recent bout late August in Rayong he defeated Russian Nikita Surovezhkin by a unanimous decision.
This coming Friday “The King of Muay Thai” faces Korean competitor Kim Dong Hwan. The pair headlines an international fight-bill held at Stadium Tertutup Gong Badak.
An upcoming event is the second visit of Thai star to Malaysia. In December 2015 he fought at Royal Cup in Kuala Lumpur, scoring a five-round unanimous decision against Iranian Vahid Shahbazi.
In addition, Saenchai is expected to partake in the next edition of “Thai Fight” scheduled for October 27 in Chiang Rai. The name of his opponent is yet to be determined.
