Chitalada Showdown IV Results

Despite the snow, Muaythai raised the temperature this weekend in Tampere, Finland, thanks to Saturday's Chitalada Showdown. In the Showdown's showstopping main event, Milja Heino showed her fantastic Muaythai style against Russian Valeriya Drozdova, winning by unanimous decision. In a fight matching steel against steel, Finland's female fighters showed their pro mettle against each other: Heli Salpuros (IFMA European Champion and  World Championship bronze medalist 2011) won via a superb TKO over Kati Kaareskosk, IFMA World Champion and European Champion gold medalist 2012. Chitalada Showdown Muaythai gala is back for its fourth edition, slated for April 6th in Tampere, Finland. The gala's main event will feature an incredible battle between multiple World Champion and Sportaccord World Combat Games gold medalist, Milja Heino, and former IFMA World Champion Valeriya Drozdova, from Russia.
