U1 Muaythai in Tashkent this Weekend
The weekend is almost upon us and muaythai fans will be delighted to know that Christmas has come early this year as U1 Muaythai Championships will take place this coming Saturday in Taskent, Uzbekistan. The promotion has put together an all-star line up of international fighters from four continents who will travel to the capital to take on Uzbekistan’s best.
The headline fight of the evening will see “Muhammadi “Jojo” Jahongir from Uzbekistan pitted against Mandinec Lukas from Slovakia for the WMC Intercontinental Super-Lightweight title (63,5 kg). Muhammadi is considered many as the best pound-for-pound fighter to have come out of Uzbekistan, a great all-around fighter. Facing Muhammadi is Mandinec Lukas, the WMC national champion of Slovakia.
