Jimmy Vienot is the perfect example of why IFMA and WMC have unified as one world body. He has already the European IFMA World Champion and WMC World Champion. He became part of the French National Team winning the IFMA World championship in the 75 kg division and also being voted by the Technical and Athletes Commission as the most outstanding male athlete of the event.

Jimmy Vienot stated that he is proud to represent France and that the IFMA competition is no doubt the hardest muaythai competition of all.

Jimmy Vienot made his name in IFMA winning three gold medals in his three events in a row dominating in one of the most competitive divisions – 75 kg.

Today Jimmy has three gold medals in three events (European Muaythai Championships 2019, World Muaythai Championships 2019 , European Muaythai Championships 2019) becoming an undisputed favourite of the 75 kg weight division and having 12 victories in a row in all IFMA events. His achievements brought team France to the top of each IFMA event medal ranking. For the young French athletes Jimmy became a true leader and inspiration to excel in Muaythai.

Jimmy was awarded IFMA Best Athlete of EC2018 and WC2019, and his nomination for the IWGA Athlete of the Year is a logical step for his great performance.
