WMC Mad Title in Italy
Saturday the 4th of September in Rome, Italy will see the return of Fighting Spirit World Series for an evening of world class muaythai action. The show which is sanctioned by the WMC will feature the best of the best fighters from Italy and is entitled “Girl Power” promoting gender equality.
Aside from the stacked undercard the main fight will be for the WMC MAD title between protagonists Sveva Melillo from Italy and Greek fighter Effrosyni Xyloudi in the bantamweight category.
IFMA Executive Board Member and WMC Italy Coordinator Davide Carlot stated that female muaythai in Italy continues to go from strength to strength with more and more females competing at the elite level every year. Events like this help to get behind and showcase our female talent so kudos to the team at Fighting Spirit for putting this event together.
