World Top Athletes Confirmed for Bangkok

House hold names like Andrey Kulebin, Jakub Klauda, Anaelle Angerville, Jimmy Vienot, Monika Chochlikova, Patricia Axling to mention a few are going to be featured at the IFMA World Muaythai Championships 2021 in Bangkok.

IFMA is proud to continue gathering the world’s best muaythai athletes for its events, the athletes who keep winning prestigious titles at various promotions and showcase their countries as part of their national team.

This year IFMA again will have exciting bouts where multiple champions will have to defend their titles and the contenders prove themselves trying to overthrow the current champions from the highest step of the podium.

The 67 kg male division has become a true shark tank with 4 top athletes changing roles of the champion and runner up. Dzimitry Varats (BLR), Norbert Speth (HUN) Itai Gayer (ISR), Serhii Kuliaba (UKR) will again be trying to have their rematch for the previous events.

In 91 kg Jakub Klauda (CZE) will go for the following attempt to defeat a before undefeated Ukrainian Goliath Oleg Prrymachov who has not seen losses in IFMA events. Andrei Herasemchuk (BLR) and Lukasz Radosz (POL) will add intrigue to the division as both of these athletes can surprise current gold and silver medalists.

One of the notable events of the World Championships is the return of Sarai Medina (ESP) to the ring since her last appearance in 2014. This will be an emotional moment for the entire Spanish team, and the followers of Sarai around the world.

Virtually every division of the World Championships will have a historical rivalry and unpredictable result with the host nation Thailand going on a mission to win the Best Team award before the home crowd.
