YOKKAO 44 MAIN EVENT: LIAM HARRISON VS JEREMY PAYET
With about a month away from YOKKAO 43-44 taking place on 26 October, the much-anticipated main event has just been confirmed. Fan-favorite and UK legend, Liam Harrison will take on French KO specialist, Jeremy Payet in a headlining faceoff at the University of Bolton stadium.
The man who hardly needs any introduction, Harrison is an integral part of YOKKAO shows since his promotional debut in 2014. He has built a reputation around the world for bringing wars to the ring in all his fights. Harrison is set to make his 10th appearance for the promotion at YOKKAO 44 where he will take on another hard-hitting fighter – Jeremy Payet.
Payet returns to the YOKKAO stage after a solid performance against Singdam at YOKKAO 35 in Italy. Nicknamed “Mister KO” for his high knockout rates, the French Muay Thai and kickboxing champion has also fought against the likes of Jack Kennedy and Christian Zahe. Payet will pit his KO power against Harrison in what we predict to be an all-out smasher.
Besides the headlining bout between Harrison and Payet, other fights on the card include Joe Craven vs Alex McGregor, Niamh Kinehan vs Jodie Clunan, Jacob Smith vs Manuel Gomez Rubio and Chris Shaw vs Niall Brown.
