Dean Bensedira is Crowned New European Champion
Saturday night was a good night at the office for French fighter Dean Bensedira as he became the new European champion with a unanimous decision win over his Italian foe Diego Fornacciar. The event entitled Generation Fighter which was sanctioned by the WMC and FFKMDA, the French federation of IFMA did not disappoint with a solid card and some epic battles.
Dean Bensedira of France against Diego Fornacciar of Italy was the main bout of the evening for the vacant WMC European super welterweight title (69.85KG). The fight started off on an even keel until the French fighter turned up the heat, proving to be stronger and more dominant in the clinch through the later rounds. After the final bell Dean’s hand was raised much to the liking of his many fans in the venue as cheers could be heard throughout the crowd.
