Libya to Host 2023 Arab Youth Championship

IFMA, FAMA and the Arab Muaythai Federation will organize the Arabia Youth Championship in the Libyan capital of Tripoli from the 23rd to 27th of August 2023.  Around 20 countries and 300 male and female athletes will be participating in this event.

The President of the Asian Muaythai Federation, H.E. Abdullah Saeed Amer Al Neyadi stated, “We are proud of this important event in cooperation with the Libya Muaythai Federation and IFMA to support the Arab youth, create opportunities and enhance cultural and sporting exchange. Youth development work is a very important part of IFMA and the Asian Muaythai Federation, as the youths are our future and the leaders of tomorrow. The large participation of Arab teams outlines the vision we have. It will take place one month before the opening of the IFMA Youth World Championships in Turkey, in which the youth of over 100 countries from all 5 continents will come together in one of the largest world youth events in the world. The event will also include cultural exchange, education in anti-doping and fair play.”
