Samy Sana vs Martin Meoni Fight in the Works
An exciting match up between French superstar Samy Sana and Thai fight star Martine Meoni from Italy is currently in discussion with the WMC. The pair were scheduled to fight in the next 4 weeks but due to the recent surge in Covid infections in France, the government has reintroduced strict rules surrounding live sporting events.
It is hoped that the fight will be rescheduled toward the end of the year or possibly at the beginning of 2021 depending on government and travel restrictions. Myriam Djedidi from France was also scheduled to fight Funda Alkayis from Turkey in October which has also been delayed due to the virus.
As the saying goes ‘the show must go on’ although delayed and we look forward to seeing these 2 fighters face each other ASAP.
