Muaythai is Resurrected in Australia

After a gruelling 9 months with the Coronavirus looming over sporting events, Origins Fight Promotions returns to Perth with live Muay Thai entertainment on Saturday the 3rd October. Origins 9: D’Uva vs McCoy “Resurrection”.

Origins Fight Promotions which is sanctioned by the WMC aims to bring the most exciting in fight entertainment in one of the oldest forms of human combat known to man – Muay Thai, also known as “Science of the Eight Limbs”.

The main event will see technician Eddy D’Uva (Riddlers Gym) take on hard-hitting Joe “The Rock” McCoy (CGFT) for the vacant WMC light-welterweight state championship.

In the co-main event witness phenom Nelson Laki (Monsters Inc) return to the ring against the tough blue-collar Brant Soden (Beast Masters Gym) as well as razor-sharp Hussein Ahmed (Riddlers Gym) take on the swift Jay Fletcher (AMMA).

Also on the card, we bring you the freshest in upcoming talent with grass-roots and novice talent from the best clubs in Western Australia; stepping into centre ring in the ultimate test of human versus human in hand to hand combat.
