Apidet, Muaythai marvel, passes away

One of Muaythai's greatest fighters, Apidet Sithiran, aged 72, passed away on April 4th after a long battle with lung cancer. In his heyday, Apidet (Narong Songmanee) was known as the "Kicker of Bang Nokkawek," thanks to his incredible kicking skill. It soon became difficult for him to find opponents, as he proved so devastating in the Muaythai  ring. Former WMC and French Champion Jean-Charles Skarbowsky and Thai Champion Krongsak Prakong-Boranrat krongsak, are promoting together again with Muaythai enthusiast Hakim Didda.
